Lewis, who has played over 100 Welsh Premier League matches for Town and the players visited the childrens ward at Glan Clwyd to hand out gifts to the children that will be spending Christmas in Hospital.

Jack explained about the initiative to ptfconline "As part of my community role at the club, I thought it would be a great idea for the club to help bring a smile to the children who find themselves in Hospital over Christmas.

"The players have donated money towards the presents and we are greatful to Ady Williams, Area Manager of Home Bargains, for their kind support in donating over £200 worth of presents and Dave Mclave of Tesco Prestatyn for donating 80 selection boxes.

As an extra special treat for the youngsters, the Town players also took the FAW Welsh Cup with them for children to have their photos with.

The Welsh Premier League would like to thank Jack and his colleagues at Prestatyn Town for taking time to visit the children's ward. The work that our clubs are contributing within their communities is highly commendable.

Football has the power to really make a difference and in this case, it has certainly raised a smile for the poor, sick children in Glan Clwyd.
