Wyn Thomas scored the late equaliser
It was honours even at Bastion Road as the hosts were reduced to nine men towards the end of the match, but the visitors were unable to take advantage to snatch a winner.
Craig Williams scored on 19 minutes for Aber, before ex-Aber forward Andy Parkinson equalised on the stroke of half-time. Jack Lewis then gave the home crowd more to cheer to hand his side the lead on 72 minutes, but that lasted just two minutes as Wyn Thomas levelled with a trademark header from a corner.
Neil Gibson and skipper Dave Hayes were both dismissed by referee Nick Pratt, but the hosts hung on to claim a point.
