Three players have been shortlisted for the WPL Player of the Season Award for 2017/18.
Greg Draper and Jamie Mullan of The New Saints and Aberystwyth Town's Declan Walker are the three on the shortlist after their respective stellar campaigns caught the eye of the JD Welsh Premier League Managers, whose votes compile the list.
The winner will be announced at the JD Welsh Premier League Awards 2017/18, which take place on Saturday 2 June at the Cliff Hotel in Gwbert.
Managers have also shortlisted the picks for Young Player of the Season and Team of the Season. The shortlist for Young Player of the Season was announced yesterday, with Team of the Season being announced on the 2nd.
Greg Draper, The New Saints - The runaway winner of the Golden Boot with 22 goals in the league this season, Draper's effective leading of the Saints' front line has played a key role in ensuring another League and League Cup double at Park Hall.
Jamie Mullan, The New Saints - Another player who played a key role in that was Mullan. The winger had terrorised defences throughout the League this season, contributing numerous assists alongside his nine goals in all competitions, which included the winner in the Nathaniel MG Cup Final against Cardiff Met.
Declan Walker, Aberystwyth Town - Another player who has torn up defences from the wing this season, Walker's eleven league goals put him joint fourth in the top scorer charts, and unsurprisingly the highest scoring defender in the division.
Player and Manager of the Season shortlists will be announced later in the week, with all winners revealed at the JD Welsh Premier League Awards 2017/18 on Saturday 2 June.
