The New Saints and Connah's Quay Nomads have both learned their possible opponents in the Third Qualifying Round of either the UEFA Champions League or Europa League after the draws took place earlier today in Nyon.
Saints will definitely play another European tie beyond their UCL QR2 match-up with FC Copenhagen. Should they knock the Danish champions out, they will progress to UCL QR3 and meet either FK Crvena Zvezda (Serbia) or HJK Helsinki (Finland).
A defeat against Copenhagen though will see Scott Ruscoe's side move into the UEL, where they will meet Valur Reykjavik (Iceland) or PFC Ludogorets 1945 (Bulgaria).
In either case, Saints will be away from home for the first leg (w/c 5 August) and home for the second leg the following week.
Nomads' reward meanwhile if they beat Partizan will be a tie against either Malatyaspor (Turkey) or NK Olimpija Ljubljana (Slovenia).
Andy Morrison's side would be at home in the first leg (8 August) and away the following week.
