Carmarthen and Port Talbot move back into Top Six with wins

Also the Lilywhites earn 1-1 draw against the Nomads at the Corbett Sports Stadium and TNS go 12 clear.

Aberystwyth Town 0-3 Port Talbot Town (FT)

Not long into the second half Aberystwyth were reduced to ten men following goalkeeper Mike Lewis being sent off. Draper came on to feature in goal for the resulting penalty kick for Port Talbot only for Draper save. Ten minutes after their penalty miss the Steelmen eventually scored courtesy of Martin Rose to go 1-0 up at Park Avenue. Following the opener the game swung directly in the way of the visitors as they added another two goals via Rose for him to claim his hat-trick.

Earlier on in the game the Old Gold took the lead as Cortez Belle leaped high to head home from a corner to put the home side ahead. Just on the stroke of half time Carmarthen's David Brooks picked up his second yellow card and was dismissed reducing the home side to 10 men for the second 45 minutes. Airbus were awarded a penalty with just over 20 minutes to play and Tom Field stepped up to equalise from the spot kick. Within the last ten minutes Cortez Belle grabbed his second of the game to put the Old Gold ahead again.

Rhyl FC 1-1 gap Connah's Quay (FT)

The Nomads took the lead just before half time when Chris Rowntree sent a shot in from just outside the box which deflected and went into the goal. Just before the hour mark unfortunately for Nomads, the ball deflected off McGregor and went past McCormick to make it 1-1. In added on time Cadwallader nearly won it for Rhyl. The midfielder fired into the keeper from close range after having stuttered his run in the box.
