Cledan Davies: 2017/2018 Biography & Statistics

Cledan Davies is a left sided defender or midfielder who re-joined Aber in July 2012 to link up with Tomi Morgan for a second time. Under Nev Powell's management, Davies left the Seasiders in October 2017 as one of the longest serving players at Park Avenue, to link up with local side Penrhyncoch in the Huws Gray Alliance.

He first signed for Aberystwyth Town from local Ceredigion side, Tregaron Turfs who play in the Cambrian Tyres local league. He went on trial at Park Avenue in the 2009 pre-season and impressed Brian Coyne enough to sign him.

The Aberystwyth-born player left the Seasiders after two seasons with the club to join Carmarthen Town, where Morgan signed him for the first time. But after just one season, which included 28 (+2) appearances and two goals for the Old Gold, he has switched back to Aber.
