Anderson Cayola is a Bolivian striker who joined the Citizens in the 2017 summer from Spanish outfit CE Artesa De Segre. He became the first Bolivian to play in the Welsh Premier League's 25-year history when he made his debt for City in their sensational 5-2 home win over TNS on 11th August 2017.
He made his full debut in the opening WPL win over The New Saints of Oswestry Town, providing an assist for the opening goal before converting a late penalty as City beat the reigning champions 5-2.. However, his bright start faded and he was released by the club on 3rd January 2018, having made just five full and three substitute WPL appearances during his time under Kevin Nicholson, in addition to turning out in Nathaniel MG Cup and JD Welsh Cup ties - Which included one goal in the 4-3 win over Cwmamman United in the latter competition.
Cayola was invited to trial with Maltese Premier League club Birkirkara FC.
