A Wales Youth and Under-21 cap who was released by Swansea City after making 30 appearances in January 2003. Leigh also played at Llanelli and joined Carmarthen Town before a move to Port Talbot. He is a tenacious Left Back, who is a good crosser of the ball and excellent corner taker. He also has an excellent free-kick and struck the opening goal of the 2007/08 Season in the Loosemores League Cup win over Neath from a trademark free-kick. His International Record for Wales is 1 x Under 16 Cap v Spain 1997-98. 8 x Under 18 Caps v Italy (Sub), Canada, Switzerland, Iceland (Sub), Romania, Switzerland 1998-99, v Georgia (Sub), Italy 1999-2000. 2 x Under 21 Caps v Armenia (Sub), Belarus, 2001-02.
