LLANELLI moved three points nearer to leaders Rhyl with a four-goal blitz of dismal Druids. Two goals in each half, the first after just three minutes to settle the nerves, meant that it was a relaxing day for the home fans.
That opener came from Jason Bowen, who had only to sidefoot home after a Craig Moses cross eluded the visitors' defence. There were more chances for the home attack, but it took them until the 43rd minute to extend their lead, with a fine goal from Rhys Griffiths.
The striker found the net from just outside the box, with a screaming volley that flashed into the net. The third goal, coming on the hour mark, was a carbon copy of Bowen's first, but this time it was Craig Moses who had the simple task of tapping home from a few yards as the Druids final hopes perished.
Finally, Antonio Corbiserio, who has been slow to find the net so far this year, opened his account with a fierce drive from outside the penalty area.
