Saints score late for Reds Draw

TNS Substitute John Toner came off the Saints bench to earn a last-gasp draw with the League Champions, Llanelli at Stebonheath this evening, The game looked as though it was headed for a goal-less draw with both defences on top in an tense encounter in West Wales, but experienced centre-back Wyn Thomas managed to breach the stubborn Saints' defence for the first time this season to open the deadlock on 83 minutes.

It was the first goal that Paul Harrison has conceded in this League campaign in over 533 minutes of football and it looked as though the hosts would cling on to a valuable three points. However, Toner struck in the dying seconds to break Reds' hearts and keep the visitors unbeaten run going.

TNS named veteran 'keeper Lee Williams as a Sub, but he was sent off from the bench by referee Mark Whitby following intervention from 4th Official Dean John.
