Canaries singing again to scoop a point

FOUR points out of a possible six concluded a good holiday return for Caernarfon, who had propped up the table for much of a troubled campaign.

Suddenly, the prospects of preserving their Welsh Premier status look much brighter, but they had to come from behind to salvage a point after Mike Heverin's 12th goal of the season had given Druids a 28th-minute lead.

Earlier, the Canaries felt hard done by when Paul Addo appeared to have been brought down by James Taylor and Carl Furlong hit a post with a blistering 25-yard drive.

But Addo pulled the home side back on level terms before half-time when he turned brilliantly before firing past Carl Edwards in the visitors' goal.
